WALK-THRU VIDEO -- Real estate video including interior/exterior (Horizontal for TVs and computer screens) -- An all-encompasing video showcasing the property in great detail. Minutes long, depending on the size of the property. Drone footage and royalty-free music included.

2D Basic Floor Plan (ADD-ON) -- Includes general outlines of the property and interior walls. $25.00

2D Detailed Floor Plan (ADD-ON) -- Color-coded and includes room dimensions, total area, and fixed furniture (bathtubs, cabinets). $125

3D Floor Plan (ADD-ON) -- Rendition of the floor plan layout in 3D with furniture placed in every room. Must be added on to a 2D floorplan. -- Coming Soon

​VIRTUAL STAGING -- Have furniture and fixtures virtually placed in photos. Save the expense of actual staging just for photo day. Virtual staging help buyers imagine their new spaces with furniture digitally placed in the images. $35 per photo

​

VIRTUAL TWILIGHT -- Virtual twilight photos involve making a daytime shot look like it was taken at dawn or dusk. This could help save on requesting a separate appointment for actual twilignt photos. Your sellers won't be hassled to make way for another photo shoot. $25 per photo

​

DECLUTTER -- Virtually declutter photos or unwanted and unsightly objects, weeds, signs, and anything that shouldn't be there or won't be there when the house sells. Whether inside or outside, removing unwanted elements of a photo helps keep the buyer from being distracted. $30 per photo
